Great set-up. Easy to follow. They were quick to remind me by email that I needed to submit a photo of the receipt. Only problem was, when I went to register my husband's screen protector, I verified that the set up does not prompt you to take a photo of the receipt. I also couldn't find a way to add it after using the app. Will keep looking...

not good not working not covering they just give you headache. Don't buy this insurance it's waste of money. I raised a claim request and submitted all the required documents, but there was no response for several days. After waiting 3-4 days without any update, I had to repair my phone on my own and pay from my pocket. It's a waste of money paying for Warranty Life insurance. Their service is very poor and unresponsive. There are many other insurance companies that provide much better and faste

Trying to take a picture of the receipt for insurance was very difficult didn't matter if I use the camera or one from my gallery I could not get the full receipt and have it clear as well. kind of had to meet it in the middle with half receipt while maintaining the clarity of the picture.
