Only use because of convenience so I don't worry about quarters, only reason I'm okay with 1 star. Time on machines never match the times on the app. The app is supposed to notify you when the load is done, never actually does. The money on the app also doesn't reflect correctly on the machines. I have sent messages regarding these discrepancies but nobody ever responds. I have had money taken out only to find out the machine was broken, notified via app, no rerunds.

This app is working just great for me and my experience has been nothing but great so far. The app is pretty simple and straightforward; easy to use. Unfortunately, I did not receive my free wash for signing up for the app as stated on your advertisement; is there a way that could be added to my account I created still? Update: BAM! You guys are great! very prompt with refunds and service to machines as well; thank you! This app functionality works great as it should! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This app is okay but really slow to use compared to the tap cards most laundry rooms offer. If you use it to pay, the fact you still have to press start on machine and then wait thru confirmation message that you can't tap out of the way to start another or extend dryer time is exhausting (after staring it's faster to close app and reopen to extend and repeat again). Also that when you start a machine and want to start another, you have to tap to go home first—no button to do that from landing.
