This app makes using the new digital machines so easy. No need to use the chip card, I just scan the qr code and push the right buttons for settings and to start. The app is 5 minutes off from the timer on the machines but easy to judge my loads. I love the fact that I can check the availability of the machines before I go to the laundry room, and shows the process of the machines. Saves unnecessary trips to the laundry room. This is easy and convenient!

Great app! Everything works in the app. You can conveniently add funds anytime. Timers keep track of the machines you are using. If a machine has a maintenance issue you can send a report. If you have put funds in the machine and it turns out not to work you can get an immediate credit. No cards to lose!

I selected the machine I wanted, then it said to press the start button. It suddenly changed the wash settings up on me, and I had to cancel it. Then it froze. Had to restart the app a couple times. Always a gamble with this app, you never know what it's gonna do. Totally unpredictable, it bricks the machines often and you got to change out the load to another machine.
