When this app was redesigned Nov. 2021, initially I liked the look and functionality of it. It has been buggy from the beginning, notifications never worked properly, but I figured they would fix the bugs eventually. Now I can't get into the app at all. Seems to be broken. I have enjoyed banking with WAFD, but the plandemic has changed our world as we know it and I need a properly functioning app. I'M DONE. Adios, it was nice knowing ya'.

Ever since they updated to this whole new version of the App from the much better old one, transactions take a long time to show up. In the old App things showed up right away. In this new one not even an internal transfer from my checking to my savings will show up for about 5-10 minutes of refreshing to make sure. This isn't pending transactions. This is stuff that would have shown up in the old App.

Been trying to use the app for check deposit for the past week without success. I've tried it from other phone with the same issue, so it's definitely the app. Once I slide to submit the deposit I get the same message every time, "Oops something went wrong. If this persists, please contact your financial institution." So, I tried calling customer service, and I was told there was nothing anyone could do. Closing my account with this bank!!!!
