Ratings and reviews

It works as well as the old app so far, but the color palette is terrible and painful to the eye if your brightness settings are up. Navigating through menus feels alright, but there were two instances where the "Accept" or "Continue" buttons don't change from their grayed-out status when I was filling out information. It's obvious that this app was vibe-coded by someone who doesn't really care about the Washington Trust brand. It feels soulless and generic... A shame for such a great bank.

mobile check deposit doesn't work on version 4. whatever it is. just keeps telling me to write "for wtc mobile deposit". but won't load the page or let me deposit anything.

Glad to see you invested time and money into actively making an app visually unappealing and less operationally functioning. Great work!
