This app is trash. I downloaded it because as usual, the atm at washworld was out of order and the only atm nearby was in a really sketchy part of town and its 2am. I created an account easily but the app wouldn't let me enter my debit Visa. It keeps saying declined even though I have used it various other places tonight. Even bank said nothing wrong with it. What a waste of time. Every time I go to any washworld the atm or change machine or both is out of order.

Multiple attempts to create an account and getting an error advising unable to create the account, only to find it had actually created the account. Now unable to get past email verification as it's not actually sending the verification email to my address. Not a great start.

Wouldn't send me any verification email and so I can't login and use it at all! Even tried twice with another email and info and still nothing, such disappointment 😞
