I have used the App once in nakuru while it was still new. Good to see it's available in Nairobi. Please include a dark mode in the App.

Changed phone and reinstalled. Couldn't remember the password I used before so was sent OTP to log in. Was told 'wrong password'. This has happened 3 times so can't use the app. Used to use Wasili a lot so won't be using it until the app can be used again. Also the price given on booking was less than what the drivers demand on arrival. The app is out of date. So back to regular taxis.

There is much misinformation. Fare is eventually high since it keeps on changing. You are charged an amount before boarding on App then after you reach your destination you are asked to pay almost twice the original amount. I don't recommend!!!!
