terrible experience. waited for days to get my internet experience to go back up. they wouldn't call or respond to messages in regards to renewals. absolutely grotesque. customer service is a shame like top ten worst moments ever. its been over ten days since i've raised an inquiry and hasn't gotten back an answer. 24 hour customer service is like 2 and a half minutes. a blatant joke with no capital letters.

hi orredoo team kindly note I use an Android OnePlus. the App does not load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still the same issue

the ooredoo magic surprise is sucks, the network not working very well it's bad, and always lost its signal so disappointed, what's wrong with the ooredoo there net is very slow I just recharge yesterday and subscribe to their data 5kd now the network is sucks very slow fix your network it's waste of time and money
