Ratings and reviews

I loved this app until yesterday. After the last update, I can't advance or replay music on my Fitbeing Smartwatch. It also affects my Audible books. I have my settings set for 30 seconds forward or rewind and it advances to the beginning or end of the chapter instead of the 30 seconds forward or back. What did you screw up? Please fix this.

It was working fine until a few days ago. Now it just keeps losing connection. When it reconnects the weather keeps reverting back to Celsius even though it's set to Fahrenheit. Edit: I took watch off bluetooth, reinstalled the app and re-set up the watch. It worked one day and began losing connection every few hours. It makes the watch useless because the features are not working when it is not connected. I can't get accurate steps, sleep patterns, heart rate, text messages or calls.

won't relay the steps to my fit apps such as cash walk. If I'm not carrying my phone those steps are lost. I turn on the buttons in settings and it auto turns off. Alexa has never worked. It lights up in red giving an error. I tried to return it to Amazon but my window was closed. Talking to customer service & developers hasbeen a waste of time. A lot of times I look at the watch to tell the time and it's a white loading screen vs the watch. Not good for my steps, which was the reason I bought
