The Wripli® application will give you access to your water treatment system any time and anywhere from the convenience of your phone. You will have access to valuable information such as current water flow, today's water usage, and remaining capacity. Wripli will also keep track of your home's history to review this data since the first day of installation.

Very slow app. Also, can't connect my water softener to the Wi-Fi myself I need a technician to come out and do it. "Smart" appliance that can't set it's own clock. Ignores setting "energy saver" mode on. No notification when the unit regenerates two nights in a row (that's abnormal behavior). Can't set regeneration time.

We're sorry you've had issues reconnecting your unit. Calling your dealer is not mandatory, but it's often not communicated because the process isn't very user-friendly. If you feel capable, look for the Wripli Installer App in the Play Store. Open, select the brand of your product, and it will walk you through the reconnection process yourself.

Can't connect with the water system to my phone (android 11) though wifi. Wanted to change network on my water system. But the app doesn't let me. Update from wrilpli reply:. I checked play store before writing my initial review for the "other app". There is no "other app" from wrilpli in Google play store unless it is under another name.

Thank you for reaching out; there is a separate app that is used to setup the desired network called "Wripli WiFi Installer Setup". This is what your local dealer would have used when they did the initial programming on your system. You can either reach out to them to assist you or download the other app to walk you through the process.

Where do I get my account login info?? There's no option to create an account. The dealer didn't help with any of this, and as part of their sales pitch I was told that I would be able to connect to this app to monitor my water use metrics.
