Was working perfectly until yesterday after the update. It's having issues with logging in. I use my fingerprint to log in and now every time I try to log in it gives me an error, says there was new things downloaded etc but the only thing that's changed on my phone is this app update. Then I thought maybe it's a fluke but I've tried quite a few times and it still does it. My last attempt, I cleared the cache, checked the settings and reinstalled it but it's still broken.

I apologize for the issues you are having. There was an update to the App that is creating issues for some of our users. Please call us at 315-788-7100 or stop in at the branch closest to you and they will be able to walk you through the steps to correct this issue.
