I can't use the app. It's always says "process is unsuccessful please try again" I updated it and also I change my password, still can't log in. This is so bad

I logged out of my app because i updated the app. I forgot my password so i use the forgot password function. I put my registered email and the app said an email to reset my password has been sent, but i still don't receive the email. I've try this 3 times already. Please fix this. Edit: finally succeed. I read other review saying their app only working of opened via appstore.

Having bad experience shopping with this app, the payment was not up to date for click n collect is not realtime. You have to wait for 24 hours. Really? Please fix this issue for better shopping experience.
