Ridiculously expensive. Would've been cheaper to drive my car into my house through the wall and charge my car from home instead of this which costs 5x or 6x Domestic Power. Fleeced me for one charge because of an insatiable in-app wallet that it doesn't need to have. And worst of all, it doesn't even work, gives errors all the time. No surprise people don't want to buy electric cars if this is the sort of clap trap owners would have to put up with. I wish I could give it negative ratings.

Hell of an expensive app, although the infrastructure is improving but it is still not upto the level that they can ask for 499 for a subscription and then charge you per session on top of that. This just cannot be justified. Robbery in daylight. I advise people to stay away from this app, don't create your dependency upon it because they will peal your skin once they know you can't live without them.

They change their monthly subscription like we change clothes and it's getting expensive every time. Not worth the money. Extremely disappointed with the service. Who buys a subscription and pays 50% of the bill amount on every charge. What's the point of a subscription in that case. It would be better to avoid this service. Highly unreliable
