To use the Crews Bank app, you must be enrolled as a Crews Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Online Banking credentials.

The App is pretty good overall, it allows me to manage my personal account and my business faster than ever before although some transactions seem to linger for days before their finalized. **(Update)** So they just added an investment option. which is fantastic because it allows for you to take your funds in checking or savings account and invest straight into the stock market. The only thing lacking is Government fixed bonds and CD deposits. But it is definitely a starting point.

Excellent app, I just use it for basic things, checking balances, making deposits remotely... works every time. Looking at some earlier reviews from the Spring (when the app went thru a major upgrade), it seems like most if not all of those criticisms have been addressed. I know the app was not fully functional when it was first released, but it is now. Makes banking a lot easier!

This app as of the last update has become a thorn in my side. To be honest I don't know which is worse this app or the actual branch. Oh gotta include the fraud dept . I closed one of my accounts because in part by the over zealous fraud dept . They must not have a lot to do because since they latched on to me I've been through 6 debit cards . FOR VARIOUS REASONS . OVERALL CREWS BANK AND TRUST SUCKS !
