Ratings and reviews

It is having many glitches. Portfolio isn't updated. Prices of Few scrips are invisible and many more. Not a good experience in the time where trades are made online. If it remains the same, will switch to other trader. It is latest app. Now,App frequently logging out by itself, stating "Session Expired". And for every login, it requires OTP which takes minimum 30-40 seconds. Absolutely rubbish and inconvenient to login such way. Good bye PL. I am not ready to loose because of your glitches.

1. Available funds shown are incorrect. 2. Login with fingerprint not working after password expiry. 3. Was getting "oops something went wrong" each time correct mpin is put post password expiry. 4. Was unable to do forgot mpin as well. 5. Now asking previous password (expired) while setting a new password. Why do you require previous password in changing expired password? I was able to remember last password, so able to login now. But my question remains same. Hence will not change rating.

Have you updated the app for ease of doing or to increase problem? It's not showing charts instantly and properly. In some cases it's not showing charts at all. Each time you go through list of Nifty 50 every time it starts from first stock, even if you have scrolleddown to 25th or 35th stock.
