Very upset customer Seems like more often now that that is not working I am paying for Services that I can even use. Feels like I'm just getting ripped off from this app I am ready to cancel whenever I try to talk my kids the app on even opened sometimes or else it will tell me that my kids are somewhere where they're not. Hope somebody can fix it if not I will be cancelling soon

Forced Single Parent? We have four teenagers in our family and have been happily married for more than 20 years. Why can't we BOTH keep track of our kids with the app? What a ridiculous assumption that only allowing one parent to track is good enough. Very disappointed in your service T-Mobile.
Great idea. When it works Grinds away for ten minutes then l yields nothing. Set up alerts for my daughter, but it randomly altered me of husband's location. When i open the app, it begins searching without waiting for me to select person i wish to search for, therefore it's draining battery and using data needlessly. Very frustrating.
Does work but not rocket science. ... Imposible to cancel from phone. Tmobile just temporary suspend it and charges are coming again after month. Not recommended. Google does similar track for free when use Gmail account.
9000 yards isn't family locator app!!! This app need serious work and debug because it kept saying that the location of my family members is at 9000 yards or 5000 yards ?! ... what type of GPS will show location or where you at in 9000 yards. Give me a break. Can you fix it or it is TOO MUCH to ask. I'm not the only customers complaining abt it. Please do something instead leaving this app goes to waste.
