I love the idea, I think these have great potential, but the ability to translate well and seamlessly can be difficult just like any other application. Plus the is about a 2-3 second pause before the earpiece translates for toy. You could almost get away with just using an app to translate for you instead of using the head phones. As well as I can imagine it will be a bit of an annoyance trying to get someone who doesn't speak your language to get them to download the app and then try and to speak to them. Still have a lot to improve upon.

Total waste of money and time and very poor customer service! Stick with Google translate it actually works. In order to have a conversation with someone the other person must have a smart phone down load their app and go from they well when I tried that it did not work not to mention not all people have a smart phone. The volume was terrible and hard to hear and I could not find a way to change it, it is very clunky. In short this was a complete waisted of money and time. Very disappointing!

Hardware connects to the phone, remains connected but app says disconnected... shouldn't be a big deal... except your can't change the volume on these pos's without app connection. Download the Google translate app instead, seems awfully expensive for a set of headphones you can't adjust the volume on, let alone utilize their original purpose
