Ratings and reviews

The offers on their site are very misleading. It states if you download the app to purchase you'll receive 10% off but this is only certain items. It also states you can get £15 off your first order so long as it's over £150, this only counts if it's a single item for that price. Wasted an hour speaking to customer service because the first person couldn't help and the second was very slow to reply. If I could have found the items I wanted elsewhere I wouldn't have ordered from Wayfair

I used to find using this app enjoyable. You can use the filter tools and view the items in whatever order you prefer (newest to oldest, low to high, etc). I like being able to save my favorite items into folders. I can still do all that, as long as I am fine with having to log in every single time I try to do any of those things. I can't even just sign-in with my password everytime. I have to be emailed or texted with a code. It is just too much trouble.

I've never had a problem with the Wayfair app, and have always been able to find either what I required, or the nearest alternative to same. Having said "no problems" the only issue - though might be due to the words I'd used - was that sometimes the items shown to me weren't those for which I'd been searching! All-in-all however, a most useful app. Thank you.
