Not sure what's changed with this app as of late and it used to be my favorite navigation app. I literally use it to travel almost everywhere. However, lately it's been suffering from connection problems. My phone will have full Internet either through Wi-Fi or 5G and somehow the app will tell me it's reconnecting for no reason and the only way I've been able to correct it is by killing the app completely and then coming back in. But then, 5-10 minutes later it's reconnecting again. Annoying

Latest update means constant "cannot calculate routes" and "cannot connect". Even when I type in thr exact address, as soon as a I try to start "there was a problem showing locations". This app has gone down steadily for years since Google acquired it. Amazing how a company with so much in the way of resources has managed to mess it up this badly. Make it functional again, instead of adding more useless moods and features.

Waze has been my favorite driving/map app but today I was meeting someone at a business parking lot that was closed for the day. Waze refused to show me the location because the business was closed. Had to look it up outside the app and put in the street address. Tried to favorite location, but it turned into Google bookmark save. No pop up that the app changed, just a lot of inconvenience and lost time
