Review from Daniel Setiawan
Very helpful and easy to use. Also like the new look after latest update
Great nav, not fair point system! Will give back 5 stars after all my points are given to me fairly! I am missing SEVERAL achievement points even tho I am a Waze Royalty Rank! I had to get a new phone over a year ago but didn't even notice I was missing achievement points till a couple months ago. You have a great navigation app but your point system sucks! I know for a FACT that I have driven well over 10miles but yet the achievement has yet to be marked off, along with all the others I achieved!
Much improved! This app has come such a long way (no pun intended) since its inception and introduction on the Android Market. The feature list is so vast and for the most part very intuitive. I've always preferred Google Maps over the iPhone equivalent, and this blows both out of the water. I would recommend this to any frequent travelers, from Uber drivers to trap lords to moms on road trips. Great community of users as well.
Great tool to get around traffic This app is great for getting places in the least amount of time. Even if you think it is going the wrong way, it always works out if you follow the directions it gives you. If you are driving by yourself and using it, it has lots of notifications, so you just have to remember it is trying to inform you of everything happening you should be aware of to avoid.
It's got great features and rerouting tweaks The only thing I miss from Google is how it shows the lane split and which part you should be in as you approach a direction change. Otherwise I love everything about this app. Much more informative and so far better routing in my experience. The social aspect is very cool of other friends use it.
Long time user The gameficitaion was a nice feature to get people interested in this app vs the more serious step-sibling found in Google Maps, but after the initial neat factor, the accuracy of the maps, the responsiveness of the GPS, and the utility of the crowd based traffic pattern recognition makes this navigation app my only real choice. And yes, Google Maps does have these utilitarian features, but you can't send someone a beep from that app :)
Great Most Times Waze is one of my most used apps! I rely on Waze to provide navigation and re-route me around traffic and other road hazards. One of the best features is real-time updates, user input on varous driving hazards. Some days, navigation is totally off, rebooting helps sometimes, but other times you are on your own. Overall, a great app which I gave come to count on as my traveling companion.
