Review from A Google User
Great app I use it all the time and it does a great job. Could use a carpool mode and I have problems submitting hazards by voice. The speedometer also seems to overlap with the other parts of the display.
👍👍👍👍👍 I haven't had any issues with the app. It has some great features and has saved me from a ticket or two because of the police warning. I drive from Florida to DC at least once a month and this app has prevented me from sitting in traffic numerous times by finding alternate routes very easily. It's a very easy app to run, the ads are at a minimum and never interfere with route guidance and I don't have any complaints so far.
Great nav, not fair point system! Will give back 5 stars after all my points are given to me fairly! I am missing SEVERAL achievement points even tho I am a Waze Royalty Rank! I had to get a new phone over a year ago but didn't even notice I was missing achievement points till a couple months ago. You have a great navigation app but your point system sucks! I know for a FACT that I have driven well over 10miles but yet the achievement has yet to be marked off, along with all the others I achieved!
Much improved! This app has come such a long way (no pun intended) since its inception and introduction on the Android Market. The feature list is so vast and for the most part very intuitive. I've always preferred Google Maps over the iPhone equivalent, and this blows both out of the water. I would recommend this to any frequent travelers, from Uber drivers to trap lords to moms on road trips. Great community of users as well.
Awesome but could get better! Likes: better direction and traffic avoidance algorithm than Google maps. Cons: Address prediction and search database seems limited. It aggravates me sometimes when searches don't show up by distance, instead it comes up random. Leaving me to search addresses at Google maps first and then copy and pasting them to Waze!
Great tool to get around traffic This app is great for getting places in the least amount of time. Even if you think it is going the wrong way, it always works out if you follow the directions it gives you. If you are driving by yourself and using it, it has lots of notifications, so you just have to remember it is trying to inform you of everything happening you should be aware of to avoid.
It's got great features and rerouting tweaks The only thing I miss from Google is how it shows the lane split and which part you should be in as you approach a direction change. Otherwise I love everything about this app. Much more informative and so far better routing in my experience. The social aspect is very cool of other friends use it.
