Ratings and reviews

I've used the DC Infinite app since 2019 and paid for yearly access. In that time, it has worked almost without any issues. For the past month or more it has been unusable. I usually download before I read to avoid delays. I can't get anything to download anymore. It says downloading then gives an error. I try to read without downloading but then between pages it takes minutes for a page to load. I have emptied the cache, logged out, in again, reinstalled, no help. Using same device for 3 years.

The collection and reading experience are largely great, and the price is very much worth it, but there are some annoying gaps in runs (e.g. much of late 90s Green Arrow, which has crossovers with Green Lantern) and as of recent books frequently aren't fully loading. Whether on wi-fi or mobile data, I can go to a new page and half of it will be black space covering the page. I wish I could rate this higher, but this needs to be fixed.

The service is a 10/10 but this app ain't it. I'm constantly getting logged out and all my downloads removed, and half the time I have to reset my password because the requirements listed aren't the actual requirements (how you gonna say a question mark isn’t a "special character?) Also what's up with the downloads section having so semblance of organization? It doesn't sort by publish date, alphabetical, download, issue order, nothing, and you can't sort them yourself. That's just weird.
