It's still like a hard drug using the sunken cost fallacy, but they have actually implemented a few of my suggestions for making it less frustrating for f2p players. It still is riddled with bugs and consumes copious amounts of data, but overall the experience is less frustrating than before. It still has a long way to go to get 4 or 5 stars from me, but I think it deserves better than 1 star given all the modifications they have made which specifically addressed several of my complaints.

major bugs! all tickets submitted for support go unanswered or unresolved! game crashes multiple times a day! every update causes more problems instead of solutions! i have 2 very large accounts if I knew in the beginning it was so bad I would have never sunk in the thousands of dollars it takes to play at my level. I lost over 3m power just yesterday due to the bugs and now I cant get into the game yet again and my shield will expire in less than 3 hours.

Was playing this game for years. Had multiple glitches that cost time and resources to repair. Most were manageable. However, just this past week had a major glitch that took 2 full days to resolve and the damage was major. The game folks fixed the problem but only sent a small compensation for what was lost. They kept telling me they couldn't send me resources to repair the damage. Don't bother with this game and definately don't spend money on it.
