There seems to be a problem with auto backup. Many of my pics aren't backedup if interrupted in between or if the connection is lost. The items remain in 'In progress' mode only. I have to go to the pics/videos and then manually upload them. Please ensure that auto backup feature completes from where it paused last time around. Also it would be far more helpful if the dates displayed for images arentthe modified date. Rather the original date should be displayed
3 major things. 1) Show thumbnails of all images/audio/docs found from the root folder you're CURRENTLY in. 2) When sharing/uploading from your mobile to your cloud, you should be able to do so without it making a duplicate in your mobile device. Make it temporary, so the extra step of deleting in your device isn't necessary, or at least make it a settings option. 3) Currently when sharing to my cloud, I've noticed it won't give me the options to copy from downloads to the cloud unless more than one file in the downloads folder It is available for selection. Please fix this. UPDATE: In reply to your response herein. None of the links you've provided are a solution to the issues I've pointed out here.
Control of the Cloud Great app that is used by the entire family on each of their respective devices. Simplicity of the navigation has each member of the household very happy. I am very pleased since I do not have to instruct anyone where a music file is, or a family video because it is all laid out.
Upload halts and it used my data when I had it on wifi only! Upload would stop more than often and just freeze on me. Under the activity tab, there is no way to nudge it to get back to work but my only options were to 'clear all' or 'delete'. So I start over but it still refused to upload anything.I gave up on it and left it be. But then it decided to get the job done overnight, which was great but used all my phone data somehow despite the fact that I had it connected to wifi and I had the setting on wifi only. Now i have 2 gb less data for this month. Not cool.
Useful to access pics, mp3, and files. It gives me access to my files every where, but connections is slow. Backup can be set with wifi only or always on, can eat up your data plan if you are limited. File dates will be set at upload time not original time stamp from cellphone camera.
A little slow (thanks for asking multiple times to rate your app} Why doesn't HP index the files so the app doesn't have to scan every directory every time? Oh, and why the fudge do I need, you HP, to create some standard folders (which I will never use), I'm not a dimwit I know where I want to store my files. And why do you waste so much space with ghost files (do some research people, you'll see what I mean)?
