Had enough now!! I absolutely loved the app as a premium member, especially as the price was so appealing. However now I can't use the app, it tells me to update, but there are no updates. To add insult to injury their customer service has not replied to me for 3 days!! Due to the current issue and the many billing/app issues it's had in the last 6 months I am now switching to Spotify. I may be paying more but it's a much better service
Great selection I'm not a singer, as such, but the added lyrics in the new update is a great addition. Now I can sing along using the right words rather than what I thought they said! Brilliant, can choose a band, or a song and listen to hours of music similar. Not a fan of the live music that pops up now and then apart from that, can't fault it!
Access Denied I use to love this app 😢 When the login issue first happened I just uninstalled this app. Over one year later I thought the issue would've been resolved but by looking at the comments and attempting to login NO ONE CAN LOGIN. When this gets fixed it would be an app worth downloading but until then don't bother downloading this
It was good This app was amazing I used it everyday but now I am unable to go in it because apparently your fix in bugs... its been about a month and you're still doing this apparently and I need a new update when there is no update available. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again and it didn't work I made a new account and that didn't work. Please sort this out.
Doesn't work anymore DO NOT USE The app no longer works!!!! I have the app on two devices. On starting them one says. Sorting bugs please update on your app store - no update available. The other says no internet connection please check. There is no problem with my connection other apps working fine. Tried emailing Blinkbox to be told email address can't be found. So I'm unstalling app and cancelling subscription. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
Driving me mad!! I have had blink box ages always been fantastic never had a problem but these past few days it wouldn't let me into my account kept saying to upgrade which I did and still continued to do it, and now it's finally let me in it won't allow music to play as apparently my network connection isn't there when I've full bar's on my wifi a very strong connection and not one song on any station will play. Sort it out please!!!
