Tap Calibration on the top nav. bar. Tap Your Personal Data if you would like to store user's meta-deta. Tap Start Recording to initiate the calibration procedure. The calibration requires 15 finger movements of each gesture - the thumb finger, the index finger, the middle tap. Progress is visible on the horizontal bar. Verify that the Server is online with a green circle next to it. When the calibration is finished tap the Calibrate button. The calibration algorithm takes a few seconds. You will receive the calibration score.
Tap 'DIAGNOSTICS' on the top nav. bar. Make a thumb finger movement and check the classifier. Make an Index finger movement and check the classifier. Make a Middle tap gesture and check the classifier. Alternate between the three gestures and verify the device correctly recognizes each gesture. click the Gesture/Pressure toggle button to turn on fingertip pressure detection. Gradually increase and decrease the pressure between your index finger and thumb finger and watch the pressure level bar respond accordingly. Move your hand along 3 axes and watch the IMU box respond. Toggle down to get back to discrete gesture recognition.
Tap 'Emulator' on the top nav. bar. You can use the emulator to connect via WiFi to HoloLens and other devicesl
