Ratings and reviews

A truly woeful app. When it works, it's decent, good savings and convenient. However, it rarely works well. The servers go down often, usually during rush hour. The interface is poor and it takes 10 years to load up, meaning you have to load it up long before you get on or off. If you top it up, it can cause the QR to not work as it takes forever to update. If there's an update, it won't work but it won't tell you that on the app. Truly a tedious and awful experience using this.

Constant glitches. Not sure why an app that's purpose is to be used when you are out and about travelling, requires a strong wifi connection (say, like the one you may have at home) to work properly? You have to load it up before you leave home (or an area with wifi) or it doesn't work. Not fit for purpose, as it is. Great idea, but really needs a lot more work.

this is the glitchiest, most annoying app I've ever had to use. on several occasions the app just logged me out when i needed it and I've had to beg the driver to let me on without it. the app is filled with spelling errors, loading issues and they don't even allow you to use the cards as an alternative anymore. it would've been perfectly fine to have the app as optional alongside the cards, but instead trentbarton went out of their way to make this as inaccessible as possible.

What's new

We've made it easier to apply for and manage your concessions, and you can now have more than one concession active at a time! Hurray!

Next up, you can now ask for your account to be closed from the account menu, giving you control over your data.

Finally, we've added the option to send feedback from the account menu to help us make Mango better for everyone.
