Ordered the headphones and they took my money and never responded nor sent our my headphones. Diabolical service do not purchase they will take your money
The app and headphones are both good and worth the price for the most part but my headphones seem to never charge to more then 85% and they are brand new so I don't know why this is
When i charge my headphone it has a limit of 85% is that normal?after that when i continue to charge it drops to 71% can u help me solve this?
Still have same problem and company is ignoring the 2 emails I sent. Have never been able to update the firmware on 1 of my arcs! It's been years! May 2015: Have 2 pair of arcs, black and white. Used black with app successfully. Both arcs can connect to phone (galaxy s5) but white won't connect to app.
Unable to Connect So there is supposed to be a new firmware.... The problem is that with the latest update, the app is not able to connect to my headphones anymore. So maybe that's their way of meeting the new firmware promise....
Can't pair with my phone I haven't been able to pair the headphones with my phone. I've contacted wearhaus and they take FOREVER to respond and when they did, they gave me information that had nothing to do with my problem. I kept responding to them to hopefully get them to pair until wearhaus just stopped responding. I continued to email them and they continued to ignore me. It's been around a month that I've had them and they refuse to connect with my phone and I don't have anybody to contact about the problem.

Arcs can update to version 1.2.3, which includes Bass Boost, Cinema Sound, among several bug fixes. check . Changes from v1.5.3 to v1.5.4 include support for firmware version 1.2.3, small UI tweaks, and some bug fixes.
