The app connects directly to your own WordPress website — your data stays on your server at all times. No third-party cloud storage. No subscription. No data shared with anyone.

📊 Dashboard
Get an instant overview of your sales pipeline — total leads, breakdown by status (New, Contacted, In Progress, Qualified, Converted, Lost), and upcoming follow-ups due in the next 7 days.

👥 Lead Management
View, search, and filter your full lead list. Open any lead to see all contact details, assigned user, source, budget, address, notes, and custom form fields captured from your website.

✏️ Edit Leads
Update lead information directly from your phone — name, phone, email, status, budget, city, company, designation, and more.

📝 Follow-up Activity Log
Add follow-up notes and remarks for every lead interaction. Each entry records the remark, status at the time, next follow-up date, and the team member who logged it.

📅 Meetings & Events
Schedule meetings linked to leads, view upcoming appointments, and track birthdays and anniversaries from your lead data.

🔔 Push Notifications
Get real-time push notifications when a new lead is added, a meeting is scheduled, or a follow-up is logged — even when the app is in the background. Notification preferences can be managed per type (new leads, meetings, follow-ups) from the Settings screen.

🔒 Secure & Private
The app authenticates using a one-time QR pairing code from your WordPress admin panel. All communication is over HTTPS directly to your own server. No CRM data is ever sent to or stored by Weavelinx.

This app is for businesses that have installed the Weavelinx CRM plugin on their WordPress website. It is not a standalone CRM — it is the mobile companion to your self-hosted CRM system.

To use this app, you need:
• A WordPress website with the Weavelinx CRM plugin installed and activated
• A valid WordPress user account with CRM access
• The app paired to your site via the Mobile Setup screen in your WordPress admin

All your CRM data — leads, contacts, notes, meetings — is stored exclusively on your own WordPress server. Weavelinx does not collect, access, or store any of your business data. Push notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for routing purposes only. No notification content is stored by Weavelinx.
