National reference table for pricing agricultural equipment used in Brazil.
A simple and intuitive platform, where the real value of the asset is assessed in the field or anywhere. These values vary from region to region and can be depreciated according to the real state of the asset. In case of any type of damage, this value changes only by changing the conservation status of each item. (e.g. engine, tire, transmission.) Facilitating pricing that is often done by specialists at very high costs.
Via Consulti is unique in Brazil, informing the average prices of agricultural machinery and equipment, practiced in the national market and the prices are passed on by state (UF) to AUTOPROPELLED TRACTORS, HARVESTERS AND SPRAYERS.
Our mathematical matrix used in IPM-AGRO was developed by Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento (CONAB) and has been used by Via Consulti and improved since 2006. Currently we monitor more than two and a half thousand equipment having thousands of producers in our client portfolio through our App IPM-AGRO, Banks, Insurance Companies, Universities, Specialized Magazines and Agricultural Dealers of the New Holland, John Deere, Valtra, Massey Ferguson, LS Tractor, Case IH brands, among others. We maintain a rigorous compliance process to ensure our neutrality and impartiality in the information provided.
Our system is interconnected with the financial platforms of approximately 100 reseller matrices of the brands described above and its subsidiaries, adding more than 300 stores throughout Brazil, for contractual reasons we have access to the information relevant to the models and values treated by these resellers in their commercialization of new or used equipment, which helps in monitoring the values reported on our platforms, we also participate in the main Brazilian agricultural fairs to investigate market trends and technologies on the way to becoming obsolete.
In order to obtain the average market value, statistical techniques linked to the particularities of each state in the country were considered, as for example in the state of SP it is considered that most tractors are used to work with cane; the number of offers is higher; maintenance is not as frequent as the equipment that is in RS, where there are more crops and family farming. These are examples of some variables that go into the calculation to reach the maximum according to the Real market value.
