Apps are not user-friendly. Don't have a history of order. Don't know if the order is successful or failed. Didn't update for the out of stock menu. The refund process is tedious. Can't cancel or refund from the apps itself. Need to wait long for a refund process. Please fix and make these apps more useful. The drinks are good but not the apps.

[EDIT 6 Mar 2023] I'm giving this review 4 stars from 3 because Gong Cha gave me app points to compensate for my inconvenience. I was unable to retrieve the promotional coupons from this app without some trial and error. (It turns out that you need to buy the "Reward" coupon FIRST, before you place your app order!) The Gongcha team seemed unclear themselves as to the real problem with my inquiry. It seems that their own product knowledge is fairly poor.

After order, i closed app. Then open back. There is no 'recent order' but bank already minus. I already screenshot the order no. This app jmis not good.
