ABOUT SIPEN 2025
The Organization of ICT Professionals (OPTIC) and the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications, and Digital Affairs (MCTN) are co-organizing the eighth (8th) edition of the International Exhibition of Digital Economy Professionals (SIPEN), SIPEN 2025, on October 16 and 17, 2025, at the King Fahd Palace.
The main theme for this edition is: "MASTERING OUR DATA TO BUILD A SOVEREIGN AND COMPETITIVE DIGITAL FUTURE."
In line with previous editions, SIPEN 2025 will be held alongside the "Assises de l'Entreprise" (Business Conference) of the National Employers' Council (CNP) in Senegal. The merger with the National Employers' Confederation of Senegal (CNES) will create the largest and most powerful employers' organization in Senegal.
This joint organization with the latter is the first to be held following the strategic initiatives of the new authorities, which impact the future of Senegal, particularly its digital future. These include, among others, the launch of the New Technology Deal.
