PAY WITH YOUR PHONE
It’s simple, safe, and contactless! For fuel purchases, just open the app, select ‘Pay at Pump’, enter your pump number, and authorize the pump. Just get out of your car to select a fuel grade and begin fueling. The app automatically displays your receipt with earned rewards and, if selected, a car wash code.
If location services are off, simply scan the QR code at the pump to select your pump number.
For in store purchases, open the app, select ‘Pay in Store’, confirm your payment method, click ‘Generate QR Code’, and show it to the cashier. After the transaction, your receipt and rewards points will be displayed.

The app supports Google Pay, all credit and debit cards, Click to Pay, and Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+.⁴

Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app since it first launched and never had any issues up until the last year or so. Like many here, it logs me out and I'm unable to sign in because it never sends the code to my phone. Initially, I thought that maybe it was because of a glitch when the app updates, but that's never the case since the last update was months ago. I've tried clearing the cache, data and even uninstalling, but it won't send the code to verify my login. 😡

The program works better with texts. I have never received the required code to use points in the app. Before I downloaded the app, I received the required code to redeem points at the pump through text message every time I wanted to use my accrued points. Since downloading the app, I have accrued more points due to the system never sending the code. Tried deleting the app, but this didn't help. I get texts telling me that I have points to use, making this seem an irreconcilable loop.

As everyone else says, used to work fine. Now It think I'm far from the pump or it makes me input a number for the pump (before you could select on the app, now have to type) and then it won't let me use any of my credit cards. Update jan 2025: Looks like it's been updated. I still have to manually put in my pump instead of scanning a qr or choosing from menu but it's better.
