Customer Service Failure after multiple calls for tech support. This has got to be one of the worst apps for help after none of the reps on 4 different calls were able to resolve error codes and/or assist in getting app to work. Reps will mute the call, not respond when asking "are you there" until you think you've lost the connection, refuse to escalate or transfer you to someone else, & worst of all they talk over you so neither side can hear what is being said. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CS.

most of the time it works fine, but when there is an issue like "pump not available" and you try one or two more times, it locks you out for 24 hrs which is not good. then when you try to pay inside, the attendant tells you that they don't accept the app is even more annoying especially when you have been using the app at that same station for the past 4+years. if they could only fix the Lock out feature, it would probably help

It's totally useless when it comes to customer service when you have a problem with this app!! I tried to add in a direct debit feature only to have this app. Took me from one screen to another screen and back to the original screen - a constant loop back function!! I actually get more back in rewards, using my Visa credit card, than I do this app. I'm deleting my account and this app for better cell phone memory usage!!
