You can accept payment. However, you can't withdraw nor transact without international passport. I was defrauded of $94 through the platform, contacted support but couldn't get anywhere without their formal verification. However, after four months, my money was refunded. It will be a lot better if other means of verification, apart from International passport, is supported for international audience.

I've finally confirmed my passport and got a formal passport in the app, but unfortunately I'm having difficulties about confirming my home address, it says they've sent me a snail mail, which I'm still waiting for (I didn't even know what the snail mail is, such an old fashioned system!). So I did an exchange and withdraw my money. And one more thing- If you're from Turkey, notice that you're not going to be able to withdraw your money directly to your bank account even when you're done.

very frustrating app, Very rude customer support, I've been trying to verify my account for months, was told to upload my ID card, after Doing so it was rejected saying "a digital copy of my id card is not subject to verification" what's the difference between a screenshot of my ID and a photo of my ID? Now I believe my ad network and Webmoney may be working together to withhold my funds because Why will you have a poor service like Webmoney as a withdrawal method unless you did it on purpose.
