Transfered my money here and now I'm having trouble withdrawing it to my my bank account. Why would you even need a passport instead of an ID card, passports tend to expire good people. My country isn't even an option but this app is available for download in my region. This app keeps displaying in Russian and I keep having to click translate. This app sucks and I want my money back PLEASE !!!

You can accept payment. However, you can't withdraw nor transact without international passport. I was defrauded of $94 through the platform, contacted support but couldn't get anywhere without their formal verification. However, after four months, my money was refunded. It will be a lot better if other means of verification, apart from International passport, is supported for international audience.

We're glad to hear that you managed to resolve the issue with the money. Yes, identification is important. An ID card is also accepted. Unfortunately, we don't have details on your situation and don't know why you were asked for a International passport. It's better to address to support of WebMoney Passport service.

App not working my phone j5 Samsung galaxy The app is installed in the mobile but when it is opened to signup, it gets backed up immediately. Signup is not happening. Please tell me any solution. Android version 6.0.1

Open the Google Play Store app. At the top right, tap the profile icon.Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available." Is our app displayed there? Please update and try to log in to it.
