You can accept payment. However, you can't withdraw nor transact without international passport. I was defrauded of $94 through the platform, contacted support but couldn't get anywhere without their formal verification. However, after four months, my money was refunded. It will be a lot better if other means of verification, apart from International passport, is supported for international audience.

We're glad to hear that you managed to resolve the issue with the money. Yes, identification is important. An ID card is also accepted. Unfortunately, we don't have details on your situation and don't know why you were asked for a International passport. It's better to address to support of WebMoney Passport service.

It's quite impressive how bad of a experience they made it even for a sign up. Put the number in and took the selfie then it just asks for WMID password which I don't have or for a code from the number I just put in which just doesn't come. Tried differently and clicked on the forgot WMID password got redirected got asked to confirm my email through a code then put a security question. Did that then went back to the log in page where my email was and STILL NO CODE was send after I clicked for it

Hello! To confirm access to WMID, must enter the password from the wallet or enter the code that was sent by message to the wallet or scan the QR code. The worst app so far! And I think it's only built for Russians cos I don't see how I will keep uploading my Nigerian National Identity Card Details for verification to handed my formal passport on their platform and they keep rejecting it. It's annoying to say the least. If there's anyway to recover my funds from this platform and close my account immediately, I won't mind doing that immediately. They don't even deserve to have one start, they deserve to have zero!.
