I've finally confirmed my passport and got a formal passport in the app, but unfortunately I'm having difficulties about confirming my home address, it says they've sent me a snail mail, which I'm still waiting for (I didn't even know what the snail mail is, such an old fashioned system!). So I did an exchange and withdraw my money. And one more thing- If you're from Turkey, notice that you're not going to be able to withdraw your money directly to your bank account even when you're done.

Thank you feedback! Of course, the possibilities for withdrawal depend on the country. We are trying to find and add ways for withdrawing funds. You can also confirm the address by providing documents, for example, statement dated within last 6 months from your current account, utility bill.

App has been unable to verify me since I did factory reset of my phone. Has captured my face like a thousand times but never taken me to next stage, keeps crashing! To login to the web version is even story for another day. So annoying!

Worst payment service. Ever. Very stressfull registration, too much verifications and ids. And transfer take forever to complete. And the funny part - they allow you to throw in money without any confirmations and verifications. But since you've done it - they got you by the balls: show us your passport, prove your postal code, record a video, show a gesture we tell, try harder - we can't see you numbers. Design is clumsy and ugly. I am playlnning to withdraw money and close the account asap
