SENGOKU HEROES is a collection-style history quiz app. Answer a quiz correctly to "defeat" a warlord of Japan's Sengoku era and unlock their page. What starts as a book of silhouettes grows, play by play, into your own encyclopedia of the samurai age.
■ What's inside
- 200 warlords — lives, episodes, family crests, and the castles they held
- 100 castles — all with photos, from mountain forts to great keeps
- 40 treasures — famous swords, tea utensils, and more
- 50 battles — from Okehazama to Sekigahara
- 30 romance episodes and 10 columns — their titles stay hidden until you unlock them
- A regional map of Japan to explore warlords by home province
■ Today's National Battle
Once a day, everyone gets the same 20 questions. Answer fast and accurately to score high and climb the shared rankings. Tap a name on the leaderboard to peek at that player's collection.
■ Exams and Study Mode
- An 8-level ranked exam — how high can you climb?
- Study Mode: 120 questions, every answer explained, with retry for the ones you missed
- Every quiz shows an explanation, right or wrong — you learn as you play
■ Made with care
- Established facts, likely theories, and legends are labelled apart
- Portraits and photos are public-domain sources, credited in the app
- Available in English and Japanese
- Simple controls, tablet-friendly
