Each level carries its own mock test, drawn only from that level's own topics. The default is 40 questions in 60 minutes — the published shape of the real FREC 3 multiple-choice paper — and both the question count and the timer can be changed in Settings.

ECG RHYTHM RECOGNITION
45 questions built around full-width rhythm strips: sinus rhythm, sinus tachycardia and bradycardia, atrial fibrillation, SVT, ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation, asystole, PEA, all three degrees of AV block, bundle branch block, ST elevation and PVCs.
