Update: I have been unable to log in to this app for several days now. It's been almost a week since I was able to log in. However, the last time I could access the dashboard nothing had updated for about 3 weeks. I just cancelled my subscription. It's a great concept, but unfortunately never worked for my devices. This a great idea, in theory. Unfortunately, it has not worked properly since I downloaded about a week ago. The internet monitoring feature isn't available on my son's phones. I emailed customer service (who is very quick to help) about this and they advised that due to the operating systems on their phones, that feature isn't available until the next update which is possibly some time in the next several weeks. They have basic Samsung phones so I'm surprised that the operating system is an issue. Also, the text messaging feature hasn't shown any new messages for 3 days now. My boys are 13 & 11. I know they text multiple times every day. The map feature is also hit and miss. I will keep the app for another month to see if the issues get fixed. If not, I will be looking for something else.
Works well for my family.
It was easy to setup and tracks the things most important to me which are what apps my kids are using and who they are texting with.
Great app for my family. It created the conversation I needed to have with my son about responsibility and accountability.
Uses to be free, now they charge monthly fee :(
WebSafety now includes monitoring of Text Messages and Web Browsing from both Android and iOS devices. Parents can browse text message history from children’s devices to be aware of message volume, content and frequent contacts. Utilizing the WebSafety dictionary, parents will be notified through alerts and on the dashboard when words or phrases of concern are used in text messages. Web browsing history can be viewed by parents to know what websites have been visited.
