HORRIFIC. The cleaner was good,.I booked her twice, but then they started charging me £89 every 2 weeks out of the blue for a clean I have never booked. I contacted them and they hung up half way through the chat and now I have no idea whether I will get my money back and if they are going to keep charging me nearly £200 a month for nothing as the app won't let me cancel this recurring clean I never booked and I can't delete my card details from the app. Absolutely dreadful.

Easy to use app but the quality of the services provided is really hit and miss - I've booked three cleaning sessions and only one of them was good - one was alright but missed key details like cleaning the bathroom sink, and I may as well have not booked anyone for the third 😅 It does have the option to request specific cleaners again, but if they're unavailable it's back to tossing a coin 🤷‍♀️

Gave one star because none isn't an option! I booked through the website before downloading the app so I didn't see the terrible reviews. I wish I had and then maybe I wouldn't have been surprised when my cleaner didn't turn up and didn't bother to tell me and I went round in circles talking to bots before finally having the option to message a person. Based in France! She was very apologetic but didn't really offer a solution. All sessions now cancelled and account deleted.
