The app is good enough. Simple, does what I need and gets out of my way. That being said, if I update my payment method through an official app, it should not need A Month to validate, resulting in me not even realizing I'm behind on my bill. It's 2026. I would understand needing a week or so, but not an entire billing cycle. Almost every service these days can validate a payment method in 0.3 seconds and process a payment immediately after. Charge me a 5¢ validation fee if you must.

Doesn't accept Visa, which is extremely frustrating because I don't plan on giving in to get a Discover or Master. The app itself though is nice and easily navigational. Seriously though, the website payment option will take Visa, just update the app so it can take it. Almost no reason to have it if I have to open a web browser to pay instead.

The app does not work. I can see my information but can't do anything within the app. Every time I try to navigate to a different section of the app I simply get an error message something went wrong
