Ratings and reviews

No longer allows me to submit payments. I have been using this app for my account management and payments for years. Starting in March 2025, when I get to the "Submit Payment" option, I get a pop-up with an exclamation mark and statement that says "Oops! Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." I submitted an error report in the app in March (4 weeks ago), tried again today, same message. I called the Tech support line, was told they could not help, submit in app store.

Only accepts Mastercard and Discover Card. My bank only issues Visa Debit, so the app is pretty much useless to me. The whole point to downloading the app and the WPS App was for the convenience to pay my bills quickly and securely. Why don't these utilities accept Visa??? UPDATE: WE Energies app isn't accessible anymore. I tap on "Sign In" and I immediately get a "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later." This has been an ongoing issue for months!! I just updated the app, too!

Upgraded phone, but now get an "oops” message every time I try to sign in. I may have figured out the problem. for those who have this app on an encrypted part of your phone: you need a browser installed on that part of your phone also - the app signs into your account using the browser. Those maintaining the app should rethink the need for a browser to sign in.
