About this app

Wectory is a service that provides landlords with upfront rental funds, at no extra cost to tenants. We are not a lender, nor do we operate as a financial institution - our rent advance will not affect your credit score. Rather, we hope to revolutionise the entirety of cash flow for landlords themselves, while continuing to give tenants a smooth renting experience.

We offer landlords who already have an ongoing tenancy agreement, up to 12 months’ worth of rent in advance, in exchange for a small fee. Tenants still pay monthly!

Wectory is fully remote. Our services are tailored to offer you an optimal experience digitally.

The registration process is simple and currently done via mobile applications.

Few steps: 
1. Download the Wectory app, and upload the required documentation. 
2. Select the upfront payment duration. Choose up to twelve months’ upfront rent.
3. Provide Wectory with your bank details and the tenant's email address.
