Had some initial issues, the devs helped me work them out and gave my friend and I some months of WeDo Pro. Works pretty well for the most part, but still the occasional glitch with a task doubling up or in one case, all my tasks disappearing from my phone and not coming back until I signed out of the app entirely and signed back in. Will update in future if it gets more smooth. Update: Haven't lost any tasks since the last update, but the app loses a star because it keeps opening itself randomly... Not opening randomly anymore, star returned.
I really enjoyed this app. It is useful for me because I am able to make multiple lists with reminders. However, the app no longer works for me. At the start up, I now see a pop up ad offering a "free" month of the pro version (after which I would start paying a monthly fee). The only option that works is to agree to the upgrade. The "Skip" and the "Not at this time" options do not work. So now I am unable to get into the app. Unfortunately, this forces me to delete this app. For this reason, I cannot rate the app more than 3 stars.
I love the interface, nice, clean and usable. There are some features that are lacking, not being able to re-order lists by due date, not sending added item notifications on shared lists and no android widget, I have removed the app for now as it kept opening up by itself and to a white screen only, android 6.1.
It's really not my second brain without widgets. Sure notifications are supposed to take that load, but they don't. Life happens. Some things just need to be passively sitting out for when your first brain is ready for them. Whay even bothwr with Android if you'r not going to publish customizeable widgets?
This app is limited by it's poor interface. Trying to complete a task is like trying to snipe a button. Missing a tap is more common than hitting it. It's very easy to edit a task when trying to complete it. This a common problem but everything is justified to the top left, making it so you have to run your hands to the opposite side of the screen. The app looks nice at least but does not provide value when you take in to account how challenging it is to successfully use. The pro features do not add value to the experience. I think when the usability of the app is worked on, this could be a useful tool.
I really want to use this app for to-do lists since the interface and feel is very nice. But I'm unable to reorder the main list of habit/tasks and habit lists themselves - kind of a deal breaker since I organize my tasks by importance. Not as important is synchronization with Google Calendar.
