I booked a ticket, and when I wanted to cancel it, they told me that a refund was not possible because the airline refused it.when I contacted the airline, they informed me that a refund was available and only a small fee would be deducted from the ticket price. It's worth mentioning that the app disabled the cancellation feature and required me to call customer service to cancel. But when I tried calling the number, no one answered. Therefore, I do not recommend them at all, they're thieves.

I booked a flight through Wingie that showed $84 USD at checkout, but I was charged $93.62 USD with no extras selected. I paid in USD using my Mastercard, and my bank confirmed the charge with no exchange fees. Support gave me three different excuses: currency rate, airline price change, and then that I used a debit card instead of a credit card—none of which were clearly stated at booking. As a frequent traveller, I won't use Wingie again due to a lack of transparency and poor customer service.

Very bad user experience. I tried to contact them and they are not cooperating at all. I tried to modify the reservation but it was useless. They requested very large sums of money to modify it and they are not modifying it. The reservation is still 20 days away and they are supposed to modify it. The money is not refunded.
