It is a complete waste that when the time comes to pay the salary of the listner, they deduct penalty unnecessarily. I worked hard all day and night and earned money in a month, I made a total of Rs 20,000, without caring about anyone's hard work, I spent my studies for my college fees and hard work. And when the time for my salary came, a penalty of Rs 20,000 was deducted 😭😭

I appreciate the services provided by the Clarity app. The initial ₹49 recharge plan was quite accessible and beneficial. However, the subsequent recharge option of ₹160 seems significantly higher, which might be challenging for many users, especially students and individuals with limited financial resources. If more affordable plans are introduced, I would be happy to update my rating to 5 stars.

Issue with app notifications. When a listener messages or calls the app overrides the default ring and continues to ring even when muted. App development team please fix this. It's very irritating when you're at work and receive a call or even a message and phone keeps ringing in spite of silencing the phone using the phone buttons. Fix it and I'm ready to give a 5 star rating, coz I've had a wonderful experience on the app so far.
