I have been using this app since last December and have not faced any problem till now.But in the month of February I earned more than Rs 8k but that amount was deducted as penalty. And I didn't shared the contact details after I was penalized but I did not share any contact details. I have raised a complaint on clarity. But I don't know whether I will get this amount back or not.The clarity team can see my chats as proof that they will not find any details shared in any chat.

Highly disappointed and feels like a scam. Most profiles appear to be fake with automated details. The 'listeners' are clearly just there to drain your wallet; they constantly pressure you to add more money just to keep a basic conversation going. Even worse, as soon as my balance started running low (not even zero yet), the listener ended the session immediately. It’s a money trap designed for profit, not for genuine support or human connection. Save your money.

I have been using this app for long as a user not a good app have lost money they don't tell before deduction and neither the company reply why did they deduct and there is always the glitch it's difficult to connect with the listener and the listener are not happy here not paid well have to be online for so long they are lot of penalty been opposed .They say it's a one on one platform but all the video calls , audio calls are barged and the company hear the conversation of listener &user
