⭐☆☆☆☆ Looks cheap at first, but it's actually very expensive. I recharged ₹29 + ₹5 GST (₹34 total) and only got about 7–8 minutes of chatting before it ended automatically. The pricing feels misleading because you don't realize how fast your balance is used. Very disappointing. One star for being so expensive and tricking users with low-looking recharge offers.

Please drop the prices , it's very expensive. You are charging rupees 30 for just 5 minutes only for chat and audio and video call are even much higher. This is not fair. I'm using this app since last 3 months and have made good bonding with some listener. But now you have increased the charges ruthlessly. In this regard this app's moto of emotional support does not go well instead it like creating mentally pressure and no any support even after paying good amounts. Leads to Loosing customers.

I created my Clarity Listener account in January using my sister's referral code. Since then, my account has remained stuck on "Unverified Listener", "Profile Under Review", and "Something is missing". I have completed my bank details and tried every available support channel, but my issue is still unresolved. I genuinely want to work as a Listener. Kindly help verify my account or guide me to the correct support channel. Thank you.
